The actuation fluid used (water/glycol) is suitable for this application. Because of reduced thermal conductivity of the hose-diaphragm material, the fluid temperature will be reduced in the transition area between fluid chamber (inside of hose-diaphragm) and actuation chamber. Furthermore the pump casing is emitting heat to the environment so that the temperature of the actuation fluid is uncritical. If hose-diaphragm / flat diaphragm monitoring systems and valve performance monitoring systems (FVPMS) are installed, cleaned and maintained correctly, they are well suitable for the job. As you know, these systems have been supplied with hundreds of pumps all over the world and are working to customers’ satisfaction. Serious pressure pulsations and noises have been caused by partly using inoperable pulsation dampeners. Hose-diaphragms have been removed by customer or the bladders have been emptied or pre-charged to a pressure which was inappropriate to the working pressure. This had been criticized by us in the past several times, however, no reaction from customer’s side. Therefore, please inform customer again to run the pump only with pulsation dampeners which are in proper condition. FELUWA is not responsible for damage of pump and gearbox due to customer’s faulty operation |

（有几个术语不是太清楚，可能不准确（标下划线的词语），比如actuation fluid，pulsation dampeners等。呵呵，见谅） 所使用的驱动液(水/乙二醇)是适合这种应用的。由于减少了导热性的软管隔膜材料，在流体庭(内软管膈肌)和动庭之间的过渡区的流体温度会变小。此外，泵套管会向环境中放热，所以对驱动液的温度要求并不严格。 如果软管膈肌或者平膜片监测系统和阀门性能监控系统(fvpms)安装完成后进行清洗并且进行正确的维护，就是非常适合的。正如你所知，这些系统都已经应用到了全世界范围内的大量的泵世界各地,并且顾客对其工作性能非常满意。 不适宜手术的脉动已经导致了严重的压力脉动和噪声。软管隔板已被用户去除,也可能水囊已经掏空或预先加压至不合适的工作压力。这一点在过去曾被我们批评了几次，但消费者方面没有反应。 因此,请再次通知客户，只有在pulsation dampeners处于良好状态的情况下才能启动泵。对泵和变速箱的损坏是由于客户的操作失误，而FELUWA对此没有责任。 （翻译的不好，仅供参考）  [ Last edited by budofchina on 2007-7-10 at 20:20 ] |
