再次请教IEEE Transactions on Consumer Electronics格式问题

The affiliation of the authors is not handled as instructed by our template; i.e., the information must be included in a footnote, not as part of the heading The required template has not been used or maintained, see http://www.ewh.ieee.org/soc/ces/publications_trans_ce.html The format of the references in the reference list, and/or the style of referencing is not as directed in the template. This paper is a resubmission. The last submission review stated issues with: Author Affiliation Format of References Instructions for Authors Non-English fonts Template This paper still has template, author affiliation (only one e-mail), format of references, etc issues. 我已经认真按照模板要求改格式啦，但是还是有问题，请有经验的人指点一下 |
