再次请教IEEE Transactions on Consumer Electronics格式问题

The affiliation of the authors is not handled as instructed by our template; i.e., the information must be included in a footnote, not as part of the heading The required template has not been used or maintained, see http://www.ewh.ieee.org/soc/ces/publications_trans_ce.html The format of the references in the reference list, and/or the style of referencing is not as directed in the template. This paper is a resubmission.
