1.螺杆转数越高，机筒内的压力越强，物料和机筒之间、物料和螺杆之间以及物料和物料之间的摩擦力和剪切力越大，在此条件下有利用大分子的裂解，使纤维物料分子裂解程度增大，转化为低分子量的水溶性成分增多，表现为挤压产品中SDF含量的升高。而螺杆转速过大，物料在机筒内贮留时间短。
The higher the screw speed，the higher pressure in machine barrel；and so higher the pressure between material and machine barrel，material and screw，material and material；what indicates the SDF level rises in extruded products is under this condition，the large the large molecules are cracked easily，which amplifies the degree of decomposition of fiber material molecules，thus transform into smaller moleculars that contains many water-solubility parts.while the screw speed is overhigh，the material can not hold long in machine barrel.
2.物料水分的大小也起着影响机腔内产生压力和剪切力大小的作用。物料水分低有利于增大机筒内的压力、摩擦力、剪切力，从而有利于SDF的提高，但过低会造成机器堵塞，不利于工业化生产
