1.螺杆转数越高,机筒内的压力越强,物料和机筒之间、物料和螺杆之间以及物料和物料之间的摩擦力和剪切力越大,在此条件下有利用大分子的裂解,使纤维物料分子裂解程度增大,转化为低分子量的水溶性成分增多,表现为挤压产品中SDF含量的升高。而螺杆转速过大,物料在机筒内贮留时间短。

2.物料水分的大小也起着影响机腔内产生压力和剪切力大小的作用。物料水分低有利于增大机筒内的压力、摩擦力、剪切力,从而有利于SDF的提高,但过低会造成机器堵塞,不利于工业化生产 。

1. The faster the bolt rotates, the stronger the pressure in the drum, and thus the greater the friction and shear force between materials and between the materials and bolts. This will help the splitting of macromolecule, for example, the fibrous material molecule. Given this circumstance, in the molecule more water-soluble components of low molecular weight tend to increase, which is justified by the rise of SDF content in extruded products. A too fast rotation of bolt, however, makes a short stay of the materials in the drum.
2.物料水分的大小也起着影响机腔内产生压力和剪切力大小的作用。物料水分低有利于增大机筒内的压力、摩擦力、剪切力,从而有利于SDF的提高,但过低会造成机器堵塞,不利于工业化生产 。
2. The material moisture can also affect the pressure and shear force generated in the drum. Low moisture helps elevate the pressure, friction and shear force in the drum and consequently helps raise the SDF content. Moisture too low in the materials, however, could be adverse to industrial production.

The higher the screw speed,the higher pressure in machine barrel;and so higher the pressure between material and machine barrel,material and screw,material and material;what indicates the SDF level rises in extruded products is under this condition,the large the large molecules are cracked easily,which amplifies the degree of decomposition of fiber material molecules,thus transform into smaller moleculars that contains many water-solubility parts.while the screw speed is overhigh,the material can not hold long in machine barrel.

Water in material can also play an important role in affecting the pressure in cavity and shearing force. The low moisture have a advantage to enlarge pressure in machine barrel,frictional force and shearing force;therefore in favor of promoting SDF;but overlow will cause clogs machinery,which is useless to industral production.

1. The faster the screw speed,the higher the pressure in machine barrel, and thus the greater the friction and the shearing force between the material and the machine barrel,the material and the screw, the material and the material, which is good for the cracking of macromolecules. On this condition, water-soluble components with low molecular weight increases with the increasing degree of cracking of the fiber material, resulting in the rise in the SDF level in the extruded products. However, the material won’t stay long in the machine barrel if the screw speed is too high.

2. Content of water in the material also have an effect on the pressure and shearing force in the cavity. Low content of water is in favor of the increase of the pressure, the friction and the shearing force in the machine barrel, which contribute to the increase in the SDF level. But blockage of the machine will happen if the content of water is too low, which is detrimental to industrial production.
