RP差到极点，教授积极推荐我给老板，结果被老板拒了

不到一个月前联系一个教授积极回复我，我很愿意给我提供位置，把我推荐到一个公司。联系公司老板半个多月终于联系上了，却得到了这样的回复： sorry for my delayed response. We (our company, and myself) are in close cooperation with the "Institut für Technische Akustik" at the "Technische Universität Berlin". So it is normaly no problem for us to coach students (master, bachelor or PhD), but presently we are to busy to be so free as to do so. Additionally our contact partner (and my personal friend) Prof. Michael Möser at the above institut is on the brink of his retirement. So I`am sorry, that there is no possibility for us (and also for me) to coach you for your PhD in our company. sorry I should have asked the question more clearly. In my understanding, the professor you contacted with recommended you to the company. He must know someone in that company (his contact) for you to contact. Then the person from that company mentioned the person involved in will retire soon, which gives me the clue that the professor you have contacted with will retire.  |
