1、The parties will mutually agree on any press releases or other publicity related to the services performed under Agreement. 双方应当相互同意此协议下进行的任何新闻发布或其他相关的公众宣传。 2、Proprietary Data Unless otherwise required by law, the Parties will exercise reasonable effort to maintain in confidence proprietary or trade-secret information disclosed or submitted to one party (“Discloser”) to the other party (“Recipient”) that is designated in writing as confidential information at the time of disclosure ("Confidential Information"  . Confidential Information does not include information which: A、is generally available in the public domain or becomes available to the public through no act of the Recipient; or B、is independently known prior to receipt thereof or is discovered independently by an employee of the Recipient who had no access to the information supplied by Discloser under this Agreement; or C、is made available to the Recipient as a matter of lawful right by a third party. |

不许偷懒，要自己翻译 那个抬头的长句昨天已经跟你解释了，基本上都翻译出来了，而且那个to有点问题。 粗粗看了一下，我跟你大体解释下下面三条，不一定正确，但是应该差不多。 1.本来就是公知信息，有什么好保密的？ 2.人家本来就根本在没有透露的情况自己独立搞出来的，那我有什么保密义务？ 3.有第三方根据合法的权利知道这些信息。 大概是这些意思，你自己试试看吧，如果法律的都能翻译下来，那基本上所有的英译中，除了特别专业的技术性文章，基本上都是无视了。法律的句子本来就是又长又臭，人家才有回旋和做文章的余地嘛，呵呵 |
