In the event that either party shall commit any breach of or default in any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement, and also shall fail to remedy such default or breach within thirty (30) days after receipt of written notice thereof from the other party hereto, the party giving notice may, at its option and in addition to any other remedies which it may have at law or in equity, terminate this Agreement by sending notice of termination in writing to the other party to such effect, and such termination shall be effective as of the date of the receipt of such notice. 任何一方应当承认在本协议任何条款或条件下的任何违约或过失的形为，并且在收到对方书面通知30天内对违约或过失行为没有采取何任补救措施的，发出通知的一方，有权根据自己意愿选择其它法律规定或合乎公理的补救措施， 通过向另一方发送终止书面通知终止此协议，而且此终止应当在收到该通知之日起生效。 |

个人觉得您的前半句翻译得有不小的偏差。 如果协议中一方出现了本协议任何条款条件下的过失或违约行为，且在收到另一方书面通知之日起30日内未采取任何针对该行为的补救措施时，发出通知的一方，在法律可能规定有其它救济措施的条件之外，有权根据自己意愿通过发送书面通知的方式终止本协议，协议终止自对方收到收到该通知之日起生效。 您后面的理解大体上是对的，我估计您的理解是这样： 1.in the event您没有翻译出来 2. shall在这里并不是常用的那个命令性用法，可以理解成will。 3. commit并不是承认或者承诺的意思，commit any breach是一个法律上面的惯用法，就是违约的意思，比如犯罪叫，commit a crime。 也就是说，如果一方违约，对方会给个宽限期给你整改，这个宽限期是30天，而且对方会出具书面整改的通知，如果过了这个宽限期，对不起，除非法律特别规定不能解约，那发出通知方就可以以书面方式单方解约了，生效日期那个很好理解。Are we clear？ |
