求助撤稿信

俺有一篇文章，投了两个月没有结果，着急毕业，想撤稿后改投国内。 请求高水平的虫虫帮忙写一封撤稿信。在俺英汉信的基础上修改就行： 由于在2007年8月份之前文章必须发表我才能拿到博士学位，因此我的文章“title”不知是否能在7月份被录用，如果不能有结果的话，我想改投中国国内的杂志。 由此给您带来的不便，深表歉意。 Dear Editor, I'm not sure if it is the right time to contact you to inquire about the status of my submitted manuscript titled "×××××××" (Ms. No.: ××××).I am just wondering that my manuscript has been send to reviewers or not? I will lost my doctor's degree if it were not accepted before August,2007,so I want to know wheather my submitted manuscript will have a result in July,2007.If not,I would like to request for the waiver.
