The comments from the reviewers appearing below may include specific revisions that are mandatory and other changes suggested. You may have to make broader changes if necessary based on general comments provided by the reviewers. I wish to emphasize that this is not a conditional acceptance. It is, rather, a recognition by our reviewers and editors that your paper merits some interest. Your revision will be reviewed by the same reviewers who read the current draft. Please submit your revised paper within 60 days of receiving this letter. After 60 days the revision will expire and you will need an extension in order to submit the revised paper. |

ÎÒ×î½üͶ¸åʱ£¬±à¼»Ø¸´ÁËÕâ¸ö There are 7 possible decisions that IEEE Trans UFFC allows Associate Editors to make on manuscripts submitted to IEEE Trans UFFC: 1. Accept 2. Minor Revision 3. Reject 4. Withdrawn 5. Resubmit as a Correspondence 6. Submit to another Journal 7. Reject with Recommendation for Resubmission IEEE Trans UFFC no longer has the "Major Revision" option. "Major Revision" has been replaced by "Reject with Recommendation for Resubmission" which essentially means the same as "Major Revision." The "Major Revision" option was removed in order to prevent inventors from submitting incomplete papers in order to get credit for an early original submission date on their eventual publication for patent purposes. With the "Reject with Recommendation for Resubmission" option, authors no longer get credit for the date when they submitted their original manuscript. Instead, they get credit for the date when they submit the revised manuscript if the revision is decided to be "Accept" or "Minor Revision." »ùÓÚÕâ¸öÇé¿ö£¬ÄãÕâ¸ö¾ÍÊÇ´óÐÞ£¬Ï£ÍûÊǺܴóµÄ¡£ [ Last edited by xkool on 2012-11-5 at 10:49 ] |
