IEEE Trans“revise and resubmit”希望还大吗？

审稿审了六七个月了，现在终于给了回复，三个审稿人的意见两个集中在语言和一些小问题上，还有一个提了几个比较专业的问题，还不太好回答。哎。。。 After careful review we have determined that your paper might be of interest for publication in the IEEE Transactions on Power Delivery, after revisions, if those revisions fully and properly address the concerns of the reviewers. 我最近投稿时，编辑回复了这个 There are 7 possible decisions that IEEE Trans UFFC allows Associate Editors to make on manuscripts submitted to IEEE Trans UFFC: 1. Accept 2. Minor Revision 3. Reject 4. Withdrawn 5. Resubmit as a Correspondence 6. Submit to another Journal 7. Reject with Recommendation for Resubmission IEEE Trans UFFC no longer has the "Major Revision" option. "Major Revision" has been replaced by "Reject with Recommendation for Resubmission" which essentially means the same as "Major Revision." The "Major Revision" option was removed in order to prevent inventors from submitting incomplete papers in order to get credit for an early original submission date on their eventual publication for patent purposes. With the "Reject with Recommendation for Resubmission" option, authors no longer get credit for the date when they submitted their original manuscript. Instead, they get credit for the date when they submit the revised manuscript if the revision is decided to be "Accept" or "Minor Revision." 基于这个情况，你这个就是大修，希望是很大的。 [ Last edited by xkool on 2012-11-5 at 10:49 ] |
