how hard as a teacher!

i am now a form teacher in a middle school. How hard I my life is! I like teaching, but i don`t like preaching. I am so flabby, they don`t listen to me. my words are nothing to them. actually, i never talked too much. at the very beginning, i smiled to them, gradually, i wept in front of them, at last, i am desperate. what should i do? quit or persist? everything is nothing, isn`t it, Buddha? whatever, i want to live, to live a happy life. Let it be, let it go. tommorow is another day. |

Everything has a beginning and for most careers, the beginning always has some difficulties and frustrations that needs getting over. I still remember when I started to be a high shool teacher. Though I had a lot of passion, I didn't know how to handle various personalities. It took me three years and many stomaches to learn how to be a teacher who had some authority so students would listen to you. Try to talk to experienced teachers and sometimes your leaders. They may help you a lot. At the same time, it is a good idea to come up with some teaching methods that can interest the students.
