IEEE TSP (AQ)，下来怎么弄？ 已有11人参与

Accepted for publication with mandatory minor revisions(AQ) 编辑： Dear *** I am writing to you concerning the above referenced manuscript, which you submitted to the IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing. Based on the enclosed set of reviews (**See note below about attachments), I have decided that the manuscript be ACCEPTED FOR PUBLICATION WITH MANDATORY MINOR REVISIONS (AQ). Reviewer: 1 Recommendation: A - Publish Unaltered（第一个人第一次就是接受，这儿这个“Unaltered”是不是说他的意见没有改变？） Comments: The authors have responded to the questions I've raised in the first review, and they added to the paper to enhance the comparison to conventional ****. My main concern was that ****. The additional material provided by the authors show that when the ***, the performance of the proposed *** is comparable to conventional ****, while there's a factor of two reduction in the computational complexity. I find that this revision of the paper is of acceptable strength to published in the SP transactions. However, I recommend that the authors go through the paper and try to enhance the language usage as much as possible. Reviewer: 2(这个人上次直接据我的，说了一大堆问题，这次竟然啥意见没有了，晕) Recommendation: AQ - Publish In Minor, Required Changes Comments: (There are no comments. Please check to see if comments were included as a file attachment with this e-mail or as an attachment in your Author Center.) Reviewer: 3 Recommendation: A - Publish Unaltered（同第一个人，上次意见是接受。这里“Unaltered”是不是说这次意见和上次相同的意思） Comments: The authors have significantly improve and clarify their paper, even if the essence of the paper is still a subject which I think is somewhat ambiguous, they managed to point out some interesting tracks for people in the domain. I finally really thank the authors for the care with which they responded. 这种情况还会拒吗？编辑给了6周时间。但我看主要是让修改语言，这个东西修改了，怎么给编辑些response啊？上次问题多谢了好多response（3个人的加起来70多页了），这次修改语言热水ponse怎么写啊？ 望学长学姐们多多指点！ |
