| 胃癌是消化系统最常见的恶性肿瘤，传统的手术治疗和化疗预后较差。靶向治疗是近年来肿瘤治疗领域中的研究热点。此文简要介绍了几种易与胃癌细胞表面高表达抗原相结合的单抗及其靶向机理、抗体介导的靶向载药系统，分析并比较了抗体靶向与非靶向纳米粒的作用。最后介绍了抗体及其靶向药物在临床研究中的应用，并提出尚需解决的几点问题。 |

| Gastric cancer is the most common digestive system malignant tumor, the traditional surgery and chemotherapy with poor prognosis. Targeting therapy is the treatment of tumors in recent years in the field of research hot spot. This article briefly introduces several easy and gastric cancer cell surface antigen high expression of the combination of single resistance and targeted mechanism, antibody mediated targeted drug delivery system load, this paper analyzed and compared the antibody targeting and not targeted nanoparticles role.
