| Gastric cancer is the most common digestive system malignant tumor, and the prognosis of traditional surgery and chemotherapy is poor . Targeting therapy is the hot research area of tumors treatment in recent years . Firstly this article briefly introduces several monoclonal antibodies that can be combined with high expression antigens easily, and it's mechanism of target as well as the targeting drug-carried system of antibody mediate.Besides, the roles of antibody target and non-targeted nanoparticles are analyzed and compared. At last, the paper introduces the application of antibody and it's targeted drugs in the clinical research, and puts forward some unsolved problems. |
