谁能帮我说说这段要求我理解的是否正确啊

M/ Figures and Half-tones Figures should be numbered sequentially. The number of figures should be in accordance with the paper lenght. Indicate the preferred placement of each figure in the word processor file, e.g. original hardcopy artwork AND as TIFF, JPEG or EPS high resolution e-files; NO images Word files, graphics files must not be imported into the word processor file. All legends should be included at the end of the word processor file, after the References. Authors should submit original artwork of high quality and of correct size, as it will appear on the printed journal page: full page size: maximum 17,5 cm (width) x 23 cm 1 column size: maximum 8,5 cm (width) x 23 cm. On the back of each figure, lightly indicate with pencil the author’s name, short manuscript title, figure number and orientation (arrow indicating up).
