The Professional Reform and Development Research of Spanish Football
Abstract: The organization structure, reform and development were summarized of the Spanish football through literature, qualitative analysis and logical analysis. The organization and structure of the legal environment for the development of Spanish football, competition system, professional football clubs financial situation and other issues were summarized to description and in-depth analysis. The study found that: the reform of the Spanish football career come from the club's financial crisis, the new sports law was provided a legal basis for the football club's joint-stock reform in 1990. Professional Football League is the actual management of the league and it is a clear division of labor with the Spanish Football Federation. The restructuring of Spanish football club is not complete and the mode of market and government is coexistence. The club's financial position is generally poor, the main reason was the Spanish football development strategic orientation and the league interests allocation model led to this situation.
