西班牙足球职业化改革与发展研究 摘要：通过文献资料法、定性分析法和逻辑分析法对西班牙足球的组织与结构、改革与发展进行了归纳与总结。对西班牙足球发展的法律环境、西班牙足球的组织与结构、西班牙足球的竞赛体系、职业足球俱乐部财政状况等问题进行了归纳描述和深入剖析。研究发现：西班牙足球的职业化改革源于俱乐部的财政危机，1990年新体育法的通过为足球俱乐部的股份制改造提供了法律依据；职业足球联盟是联赛的实际管理方，它与西班牙足协分工明确、权责清晰；西班牙足球俱乐部的改制并不彻底，市场与政府模式共存；俱乐部的财政状况普遍不佳，西班牙足球的发展战略导向及联赛利益分配模式是导致这一状况的主要原因。 关键词：西班牙；足球；发展；研究 |

The Professional Reform and Development Research of Spanish Football Abstract: The organization structure, reform and development were summarized of the Spanish football through literature, qualitative analysis and logical analysis. The organization and structure of the legal environment for the development of Spanish football, competition system, professional football clubs financial situation and other issues were summarized to description and in-depth analysis. The study found that: the reform of the Spanish football career come from the club's financial crisis, the new sports law was provided a legal basis for the football club's joint-stock reform in 1990. Professional Football League is the actual management of the league and it is a clear division of labor with the Spanish Football Federation. The restructuring of Spanish football club is not complete and the mode of market and government is coexistence. The club's financial position is generally poor, the main reason was the Spanish football development strategic orientation and the league interests allocation model led to this situation.
