yeah,but it is a little time-consuming,people live in big cities are always busy and i think "busy" is not a good word to express our lives~~~

Agree, the kind of busy end up with less or no physical exercise, and thus harmful to our lives.

Cooking, after several practise, benefit not only the food we taste, but also happiness during cooking, with heart.

yep,enjoy the life is much more important than the work itself,and someone always said that he is busy but even can not express what he is busy for,most of the time he was busy is on complain,internet,computer game and so on...enjoy the work,in my view,is not a kind of busy but a kind of substaintial~~~

I  havent  kill   the   chicken, but  I  saw  my  father kill  it.   Fisrtly,  catch   the   chicken wings  and  head    ,then    catch   the  chicken feather  of  the  neck .      Secondly, kill the neck with the knife.  You will  see the chicken blood  in  the plate .  Stick  the  bood  and  add the  salt.    after  a  minute,  the blood  is  solidification.  When  you are  cooking,  the  chicken  blood  is  very   delicious   and   nutritious.    My  English  is  very  bad  and  in order to inprove  my  English  level  ,I come here fistly.  Ask  for  your  help.

Your essay can be better ammended as following :

I did not kill chicken before, but my father did.
Here are the steps, he will catch both chicken wings and grasp the head, remove feather from neck area, and use a knife to cut an opening to let blood run to the plate, after finished, stir some salt to the blood purpose to make it more tasty, and the blood goes to jelly stage, ready for steaming or boiling, the chicken blood is very delicious and nutritious.
This is my first time here and I expect your help to improve my English.

Remember, the more you practise, the more fluent English you will get.
