我装另外Gromacs装好久也不会，官网上看了几遍也不会，因为有计算机语言不懂，我是win7系统，好像更难装，后来经同学介绍认识一个会gromacs的，他网上传给我4.5.4版的，我说都不用安装什么的就能用了啊，他说这是编译好的，我也不太懂。Gromacs软件包里有一个water的例子，我照着做几步后，到了这步Since all the neccesary files are available, we are going to preprocess the input files to create a run input (.tpr) file. This run input file is the only input file for the MD-program mdrun. grompp -v Now it's time to start the simulation of 20 picoseconds. mdrun -v After the MD simulation is finished, it is possible to view the trajectory with the ngmx program: 我找不到输入文件，之后不会弄了，希望热心的朋友们能够帮下我，十分感谢了 |
