I eat it once a week as my lunch. It's quick to cook. Only 2-3 minutes in microwave.yum.

Because the triangle shaped pod looks like a purse, so it is called so. But I have not seen a sheperd's purse. Maybe a shepherd does not have a lot of money, only a few coins, so they use this small purse to keep the money.
