I love it. It can only be seen in South China. There was one essay in the textbook, 挖荠菜, farmiliar to many of us, in our primary school. And now we are at the age when we can tell many memories of our childhood an hometowns. Longing for that, longing for the carefree days.

Dumplings with the stuffings of that. They are different from the shepherd's-purse bum that I ate, which we call KI TAI in Jiangxi dialect.
