本文针对沈阳XX公司仓储物流现状和规划情况进行调研，针对库存控制、存储区域、运输方式等物流配送过程进行分析，提出了该公司物流配送系统存在的问题，并进行了优化设计。最后，对改进方案进行了预期效果评价。

This paper aimed at investigating the current situation of storing physical distrbution and planning for Shenyang XX company, analyzing the inventory control, storage areas, modes of transport and so on in the distribution process, pointing the problem of the company's physical distrbution system and the optimal design. Finally, to improve the program for the evaluation of the expected results.

In this paper, an investigation was performed ,according to the current situation of warehouse logistics and the planning of it in xx company. current roblems of logistics distribution  system in this company were posed,and subsequently the designing optimization
was carried out by analyzing the logistics distribution Process,such as inventory control,storage Area and transportation mode.Lastly,expected effct evaluation were carried out for the  modifed scheme .
