本文针对沈阳XX公司仓储物流现状和规划情况进行调研，针对库存控制、存储区域、运输方式等物流配送过程进行分析，提出了该公司物流配送系统存在的问题，并进行了优化设计。最后，对改进方案进行了预期效果评价。
