几个语法上的问题想求助一下

1 “In addition，”作为“此外，另外”的意思说不能放在句首，请问能用addition的哪个短语替换？还是说直接改为Besides？ 2 “how much fatigue damage one loading cycle causes in the material or structure”我的原意是一个倒装句，正常格式是“how much fatigue damage does one loading cycle causes in the material or structure”。 审稿人说“fatigue damage one loading cycle” 应该换成“fatigue damage in one loading cycle” 或者 “fatigue damage by one loading cycle”。这个是不是也不太对啊？ 3 两个完整句子前为结果，后面为原因，用一个连词连在一起应该用哪个连词啊？since？ 4 第i个载荷能表示为"the ith loading "吗？ 有的时候句型想复杂了就自己绕进去了.... 1. 用此外，自然是上面已经陈述了相关的事情。所以，in addition应该不会用在短首，为什么不能用在句首？经常看到用在句首啊。 2. how much fatigue damage are caused by one loading cycle in the material or structure可以？ 3. Because/in that/as, since不太合适吧 4. 第i个可用the ith，不知道loading 是否合适，多看看别的文章中怎么写的。The ith load可以？ |

对于第2个问题，分析你的句子意思应该是something causes fatigue damage to the material of sturcture（结构材料？材料结构吧，structure of the material， 另外cause damage to...是固定搭配） in one loading cycle (在一个周期中，加介词in)。所以我觉得你要表达的正常语序是how much fatigue damage is caused to the material of structure in one loading cycle? 然后可以根据它在句子中的成分变换。  |

in addition to 可以放在句首，相当于apart from besides, as well as.刚讲课到这里，大一教材，请见原文是这样用的： In addition to languge tapes especially prepared for your course, you can also listen to Englsh broadcasts, watch Englsh TV, and see English movies. |
