Foreign invested companies... If you pinpointed to US companies, they are very honest, do not care much about your academic qualification but focus on your abilities to get things done, I cannot confirm you that US companies has lesser politics but it seems that is the most case. Small gifts, coffee and make some jokes is common within a US company, but you will never make friends with those foreigners unless they are very very lonely. |

thanks very much. Would you mind telling me something else about working in foreign invested companies? Like, How is the interpersonal relationship there? Less political than in state-owned companies? Is the career prospect much better for the ordinary persons without strong social ties from their families? |
