Whether managed by a third party or using internal resources, the effectiveness of storeroom management processes must be monitored 16. There is a regular, formal, audit of compliance with all procedures. Since all procedures are documented, those considered critical can be organized as an assessment covering: how well the procedure is known to those involved and the degree to which it is effectively used. An audit of relevant metrics should also be included. The process for auditing compliance should be formally documented. |
