the raeson maybe is that the bivalentCopper ion is paramagnetic one with d9 structure and it has a strong ability of quenching the fluorescence.But there is no evidence whther there is a relation between the reason of fe+3 can quenching the fluorescence and paramagnetic ability of fe+3 or not
