The main methods of IBV attenuated has a biological method and the gene engineering method attenuated virus. Especially the application of modern molecular biology method and reverse genetic technology can be preparation more security, broad spectrum and effective attenuated vaccine, in order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional attenuated vaccine. |
