[交流] What should i do to go on the relationship.

Now i meet a big problem.At the begining of this term i tell a girl i loved that I had fell in love with her for a long time and i asked her to be my girlfriends,to my surprise she also loved me,so we just get together for one month.But now i found that i am not so good at expression that i think she may think i am not so care for her so much,and i do not know what i can do to make her much happier.What is worse is that i do not know what kinds of gift should i send,i so afraid that she will leave one day.I am eager to do something for her,but i just have no idea,it is my first time.I need you help,so help me to go out it,thank you very much.
