[求助] 请帮忙翻译一篇短文

帮朋友求助,翻译软件太烂了,高氯酸--Gao chloric acid,晕!


摘  要

目的  考察不同的配方中乳酸菌对无机硒生物的转化能力

方法 通过改变富硒酸奶的处方条件,例如接种量、硒的浓度、其它配料等,考察乳酸菌对无机硒的利用能力。将培养好的样品进行细胞离心,离心后的量取上清液,以此得到残留的无机硒,再用总的加加硒量减去,得到有机硒的含量。用浓硫酸-高氯酸的消化体系消化样品后准确测定无机硒,利用紫外分光光度法,于335nm处测量吸光度,在标准曲线上查出硒含量,计算无机硒的利用率和转化率。

结果 利用透析的方法,将无机硒和有机硒分开。其总硒含量达0.4μg/mL,转化硒为0.323μg/mL,转化率为92.43%。

结论  乳酸菌接种量7%,加糖量8%,在40℃发酵可制得口感和组织状态较佳的酸乳制品,与普通酸乳相比感官和理化指标均无差别。有机硒含量达到0.323μg/mL,成人每日饮用200~500 mL充分满足对硒的需求。
