帮忙把中文摘要翻译成英文 本研究主要通过查阅大量文献，了解硬PVC管基础配方的主要组分，国内外主要基础配方。介绍了PVC树脂的性能与规格，阐述了热稳定剂、增塑剂、润滑剂、填充剂、着色剂等塑料助剂主要品种及发展趋势，着重考察塑料助剂在硬PVC管配方中的重要作用。在此基础上，通过设计试验来考察不同稳定剂对典型配方的热稳定性、流变性能、耐候性能的影响。从而优化配方，提高产品性能，降低生产成本。通过本次配方研究提高本人分析疑难问题，解决疑难问题的能力。 关键词：硬PVC管；配方； PVC树脂；热稳定剂；塑料助剂。 [ Last edited by niexg on 2007-6-15 at 07:54 ] |

哈哈,错误肯定有,时间仓促,有时间再改,或者是楼主自己改.好多大小写的问题,忽略不计了. In this study,the main components of the basic formula of hard PVC pipe and both the domestic and foreign fomula of it were investigated mainly through referring to lots of documents. the performance and specifications of PVC resin were presented ,main varieties and development trends of plastics additives ,such as thermal stabilizers, plasticizers, lubricants, fillers, Colorants were stated,focusing on the study the important role of plastic additives in the formula of PVC pipe . Based on this, through the design of experiments,the effects of different stabilizer on the performance such as thermal stability, rheological properties, Weathering resistance were studied, Thereby the optimizing of formula, improving of product properties, reducing of production costs were possible.
