给UCL的两位老师套磁，请大家分析一下这个回复是什么意思，好像积极又好像一般，谢谢大家 金币不多，委屈大家了……第一次在虫子上发帖，小白一枚，如有过失勿喷。 Dear Jeffrey, Thank you very much for your email and for your interest in my group. We are currently investigating nanophotonics, including nanowires and plasmonics for solar cell applications in my group. You seem a very good student but we will have to set-up an interview at some point as I cannot make an offer without talking to you first. As you have also identified unfortunately funding is really hard for overseas students, although I do not agree with this at all, and so unfortunately UCL will not be able to make a contribution, if we decide to go ahead. Hello Jeffrey, If you can support yourself or by other funding source, I am happy to support your application at UCL. It is very hard now to get scholarship for oversea students in the UK. |
