[交流] 【weekly topic】Is it difficult to find a satisfactory job?

It is the annual time for students to find jobs right now. Recently, all kinds of job fairs were held on campus. And graduates were busy to go here and there in order to find a satisfactory job.
Some students majored in unpopular majors like me always got disappointed. A lot of companies do not need professional person in our field, so that we have  to squeeze together to compete that fewer posts.
But other students do not think so, because they find it easy to find their satisfactory jobs. And the most enviable thing is that they usually compare one with the others in their hand and then choose the best. However, our dream is just to have the right one. It's really an unfair world, isn't it?
Anyway, if i get another chance, i would never, ever choose this major, because i am really "shang bu qi".
Guys, what's your point? Is  it difficult to find your satisfactory job?

Indeed, it's very difficult to find a satisfactory job. Now I have been worked for about four years in a foreign company in shanghai. Recalling my findiing job experience, there is still a clear impression on my mind. It took me about half year to find the job which I am working now.Mybe it is because there is a big gap between my demand and my ability.  I like a big city, for it is fulled with chance. I want to join in forein company, because it can offer me a good learning foreign language environment. So during finding my job,I practice oral english almost every day. It is very hard time, but it is worth remembering now.  
Go for it ,  everyone who is finding job! and don't give up, believe the fate in your own hands.

I agree with you, Guy.
The satisfactory work includes so many items, such as high position, more salary and more opportunity for training and development, and the foreground of your job.  And most work can not reach all your requirment.
Which do you think is most important? And just chose the better one.

Also the culture there can be included, I think. When you work there, communicate with people there, a good environment of management and daily life will encourage more progress; further, you can get more help and ideas from the team you work with. In the new era, anyone's power, knowledge or capability is limited after all.
