as a student majoring in environmental engineering ,it seems more difficult to find a satisfy job ,especially for girls, not because they are not perfect ,but of some social reasons ,then what shall we do ?change our major or just choose a ordinary work ?

I can't agree with you more. Graduate in my major also suffer difficult to find a job，even posgraduate. but more and more students choose our major. I could not image the future about them.
