[交流] making some translation practice these days

these days，i am trying to translate some material into chinese，and reading some translation books to improve my translation ability，obviously，it is helpful to improve the ability of my english,if u have some similar experience about translation,we can communicate it here,i will be appreciate for ur kindness~~~

You can do what I did recently, a book of humor and jokes and for some of them would be hard to understand for they are pure US style, so I make the Chinese translations along.

i want to take part in the CATTI 3 test and do a part-time job for a translator to gain some pocket money~~~it is long way to go for me~~~

Not until you have kids and you have to feed them, not until you have kids and at same time you have to take care of your parents in retirement.

Still a long way to go, painful but this is life.
