Straw and other agricultural and forestry wastes to produce fuel ethanol is an effective way to solve the food, energy and environmental issues, but also help to solve the problems of environmental pollution and waste of resources caused by straw situ burning, in line with the needs of sustainable development. Therefore is widely considered to be the most promising cellulosic ethanol fermentation methods.
