| This course is an important basic course of material physics. It integrates three branches, e.g., polymer chemistry, polymer physics, and polymer engineering, and gives a clear introduction to synthesis of polymer, physical properties of structural polymer, forming of polymer materials, identification of polymer materials, and other aspects of polymer materials. Polymer materials science is a new field of study, and as an independent discipline, it mainly deals with the relationship between the synthesis, structure, and composition of polymer materials and their properties. |

| This is a speciality core course of material physics, which is composed of polymer chemistry, polymer physics and polymer engineering. It fused the three branches together to introduce the synthesis and physical performance of structural macromolecules of polymer, the molding process and identification of polymer material, the materials of polymer with a profound and easy to understand way. As a burgeoning and independent discipline, polymer material science primarily reseach the relationship between the performance of polymer and its synthesis, structure and composition. |
