套磁信，希望各位前辈 帮忙修改。另外问个关于GPA的问题

我的本科时二本 硕士是211，但是成绩不好，本科的还不到80， GPA是不是很重要，没有3.0 是不是就没戏了。 我现在就是点论文拿的出手了，有4个sci 一个中文EI。 邮件 主题 ：PhD Application Dear Dr. xxx: I am a postgraduate student in School of ***, (普通211) University, China, and now a research assistant in Hong Kong University. I am interested in the study of ***materials. I've determined to study more of this, and I would like to know if there is a Ph.D. position available in your group.
