投Computational Biology and Chemistry后，这是怎么啦？

先说下过程吧。 一. 2月28日投稿。在Confirmation of submission邮件中有段话是这样说的： Because the scope of CBAC is very interdisciplinary all submissions are pre-reviewed by the experts associated with offices of both Editors. The pre-review begins within 24 hours from the time of effective submission and can take up to five (5 ) weeks (10 days on average.) Please be advised that for the time being the EES status will remain "submitted to the journal" but in fact your manuscript will be under the initial review. After the pre-review will be completed your paper will be either rejected or will be given a reference number and will be assigned to one of the Editors. Papers with a reference number will then be reviewed by the Editors and by members of CBAC Editorial Board as well as by external referees. This second stage of reviewing usually takes up to 8 weeks (3 weeks on average.) During this time the status of your paper at the EES site will be "with Editor" but in fact your manuscript will be under review until you will be notified of the editorial decision by your corresponding Editor. 里面大意是要经过pre-review和with Editor两个阶段。 二. 3月14日编辑部发来邮件说reference number给了。投稿系统状态改为了"with Editor”。 三. 8月5日，投稿系统状态改为了"under review”（这是我8月17日才发现的，主要是对这家的拖沓麻木了！！！）。这下我无语了，3月到8月，将近5个月的时间状态为"with Editor”。这是怎么回事呢？？？？？之前的投稿确认信不是说的好好的就pre-review和with Editor两个阶段吗？？？？？从3月到8月"with Editor”状态期间我还傻傻的以为编辑已经把论文送出去了！！！！！另外，在这期间我发了两封查询的电子邮件，均未收到任何回复。一封是5月23日，此时"with Editor"已经两个多月了。一封是8月17日，那天我才留意到状态改为了"under review”，就发了个邮件问是怎么回事。 难道现在的我就只能无语的等待了吗？盼虫友们能给个帮助意见。谢谢！ |
