1、 Product research: My research is aimed at nutrition and development of food with certain capabilities of food research. I learn about the newest theories and development of food research, and have a good knowledge of the research processes of a variety of drinks and milk products, especially study further the liquid ingredients of infant milk formula, and am acutely insightful to the development of new food products, firmly confident to take it into practice. 2、 Manufacturing management: I am familiar with the production process and strict management of some relative food companies by the practice experience in them, and understand the knowledge of ISO9001 quality management system and HACCP food safety control system authentication. 3、 Analysis and detection: I not only know the theory of instrumental and physicochemical analysis and the detection method well but also have skills to put them into practice. In addition, I can manipulate skillfully the HPLC instrument, high-speed centrifuge, spray dryer, liquid chromatography instrument, Kjeldahl nitrogen apparatus and other large analysis-detect apparatus to analyze and detect. 4、 English skills: Good English reading, writing, listening and speaking are preferred, having the abilities to read easily, to translate English materials and documents and to console the product introduction and workbooks quikly. 5、 Computer ability: Getting through the national computer third stage exam (Networking Technology); being able to make a good use of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other office automation software; being familiar with Internet to exploit the resource in it. 6、 Human resource management: In the university, I have attended the courses of Human resource management, which leads me to have a good knowledge of the parts of human resource, for example, the Human resource planning, employment of workers, training and development of staff, salary management, welfare policy formulation, treatment of staff relationship and so on. Gaining the Human-resource manager occupied certification from the State Department of Labor and Social Security by passing the Human-resource manager exam. |
