Electrochemical deposition is an effective method for assembly when a metal or alloy nanoarray is assembled using alumina as the template. Nanowires, nanotubes, and other array materials can be prepared by combining electrochemical method and template technique and utilizing the space limitation of metal atom filling from the holes of AAO film. |

Nanowires, nanotubes and other array-materials are able to be made by combining the electrochemical method and the technology of producing templates, and by taking advantage of the limitation that the holes of AAO film have insufficient room for the fill of metal atom. |
