The properties of InSn have been studied since 1957, when the InSn was synthesied for the first time. However, many of its physical parameters are still unknown or inaccurate, part of the reasons are the single phase InSn compounds are difficult to obtain through the traditional methods. Those prepared samples often contains small amounts, such as Ag2Te or Sn . As far as we know, InSn low-dimensional nanomaterials rarely have been reasearched, and the nano InSn has not been prepared. 专业词汇不敢把握,仅供参考~ |

Many properties of InSn have been learned since it was firstly composed in 1957. However, a lot of its parameters are still unknown or uncertain. The compound of single phase InSn is hardly made for the limitation of traditional preparation. The produced sample always has a little Ag2Te or Sn deposition. As we know, the low dimension nanomaterials of InSn are rarely studied, and the InSn nanoarrays are still unable to be produced. |
