Many properties of InSn have been studied since InSn was first synthesized in 1957. However, many of its physical parameters are still unknown or inaccurate. That is because the single-phase InSn compounds can hardly be obtained through traditional methods. Those prepared samples often contain a small amount of Ag2Te or Sn sediment. As far as we know, low-dimensional nanomaterial of InSn has rarely been studied, and the nanowires of InSn have not yet been prepared. |
