但在此基础上继续增加烧结助剂的用量,复相陶瓷材料的相对密度反而出现下降的趋势。当烧结助剂的添加量达到Al%和B%时,复相陶瓷材料的相对密度分别下降到C%和D%。这是由于液相对烧结的影响主要集中在烧结时的中前期,它能起到加速烧结的作用,但是在烧结后期(特别是密度大于E%以后),复相陶瓷材料的致密化主要是靠晶界的体积扩散来完成的,此时液相对材料的致密化影响不大,过多的液相反而加速晶粒的长大,从而影响复相陶瓷材料的性能。

However, when the amount of sintering aids increased based on this, the relative density of multiphase ceramic materials decreased. When the adding amount of sintering aids reached A% and B%, the relative density of multiphase ceramic materials decreased to C% and D% respectively. This is because the effect on sintering by liquid phase were focused on early-middle period and precipitated the sintering process; in late period of sintering (especially when density is larger than E%), the densification of materials was mainly completed by distribution of grain boundary volume and liquid phase had little effect on densification of materials. The excess liquid phase could increase the growth of grains and therefore affected the functions of multiphase ceramic materials.
