这么好的课件竟然没人支持,要知道,课件的作者Dr. Chi-Tang Ho is the 2005 recipient of the Division’s Advancement in Agricultural and Food Chemistry Award sponsored by International Flavors and Fragrances, Co., Union Beach, NJ.
Among his honors and awards are: AGFD Fellow Award 1988, IFT Fellow Award 2003, Most Highly Cited Researcher 2002 by ISI, Platinum Award for AGFD Books
1994 and 1995, and Honorary Professor Beijing Agricultural University and outhern Yangtze University.
Dr. Ho has trained 56 Ph.D. and 18 M.Sc.students in flavor chemistry, nutraceutical and functional food research. He has published over 500 scientific articles including over 350 papers and 156 book chapters. He has also co-edited 28 books, including 16 books in the ACS Symposium Series. Dr. Chi-Tang Ho serves or has served on the editorial board of most of the major food science journals including the Journal of Agricultural and Food Science Journal of Food Science, Food Reviews International, Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition, Journal of Food Lipids, Molecular Nutrition and Food Research, and BioFactors.
