Notes
1. The review process takes 4-8 weeks. If you do not get an acceptance letter or request for revision from this office by e-mail after 60 days from your submission date, please submit your article to other publications.   
2. A copy of the issue that contains your article will be sent to you after your article is published.
3. Paper publication Fee: HK$3600 or US$470. Carefully observe the length limit of 8 pages for each paper. Extra pages beyond 8 pages are charged at HK$300 or US$40 per page.


Please note that this office must receive the full amount due. Be sure to check with your bank prior to sending funds for the cost of their service. You are responsible for the service fees. If the fund we receive is insufficient you will have to send us another wire and the publication of your paper will be delayed.


Published now monthly, Journal of Computational Information Systems is a journal designed to be of broad interest and use to both researchers and engineers of information systems. We welcome original papers in areas of computer science and computational applications of information systems.

1) 是  EI journal~
2) 从它刊登的论文里面可以发现~~很多华人投稿~~几乎~~
所以难不难上~~知道就好~~
3) 看一下 编辑群~~亚州占很高比例~~China 2 位~ Taiwan 1 位~ Singapore 1 位~
含 Chief Editor 有8 位~~其中 4 位都是华人~

是ei期刊，据说是国内某人办的，比较好中吧，不过也基本上沦为比较差的了。
