| 因为毕业需要，我最近在写一篇关于连续小波变换算法的文章。因为自己信心不够，不敢投sci期刊，只想投中ei就很好了。哪位可以帮我推荐一个ei收录但是非sci收录的期刊？先谢谢啦 |

Informatica publishes research papers which have been accepted by at least two referees outside the author's country.
