Informatica is an international refereed journal with its base in Europe. It has entered its 33th year of publication. It publishes papers addressing all issues of interests to computer professionals: from scientific and technical to educational, commercial and industrial. It also publishes critical examinations of existing publications, news about major practical achievements and innovations in the computer and information industry, as well as conference announcements and reports.
Informatica publishes research papers which have been accepted by at least two referees outside the author's country. Papers are typically published in less than half a year after the final version in the correct form is received. Acceptance rate is roughly 30%.

Abstract: In this paper, we propose a new multisignature scheme based on discrete logarithms. We show that this new scheme can resist existential forgeries against adaptive chosen-message attacks in the random oracle model. The main contribution is that our security model gets rid of the special security requirement on the generation of the signers' public keys. Adversaries are not required to reveal private keys corresponding to the public keys of its choice to the challenger in attack games. Thus the new multisignature scheme does not suffer from the problem identified by Micali et al., which is shared by many current multisignature schemes. Moreover, if the joint public key of a group o f signers in this multisignature scheme is precomputed, the proposed multisignature scheme is optimal.
