这个杂志现在很难投了，往往editor assigned就是一个月，然后给你来个reject的理由：Information is of local interest only. No new knowledge, science or discovery is presented.尤其有意思的是，我近一年投稿两篇给该杂志，都被以上诉理由直接锯掉，而这些稿子后来都发表在比其档次高不少的杂志上了（一篇environmental pollution，一篇science of the total environment）。不知道是不是该杂志不要中国人的文章了。
