SCI期刊-PE,主编的录用回复。里面谈到钱的问题，帮忙解读一下啊！

四个月在PRZEGLAD ELEKTROTECHNICZNY发了一篇文章，一周后收到确认收到稿件的回复。如下： We confirm receiving of the paper - registered as PE****. Please refer always to this number in correspondence. Please consider enclosed message. Best regards －－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－ 副件内容如下： Dear Authors, Taking into account possible incomes (mainly subscription incomes) we see that in 2012 it would be possible to print our journal with not more than about 10 papers. Therefore we expect that authors who are able to cover printing costs should cover these costs to extend volume of our journal. These costs we established for 2012 year as: 50 Euro page b/w and 80 Euro page in colour. Best regards －－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－ 1个月前收到口头的录用通知，今天刚收到正式的录用通知。邮件里是这样写的： －－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－ Acceptation letter enclosed. Please take into consideration that due to problems with receiving of the payment from your country privileged are those authors who cover the printing costs in advance. If you are interested please send data for invoice (name and address of customer). Best regards －－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－ 里面说这里面说到的费用是必须的还是可交可不交的？如果不交，期刊会不会撤稿？ 求各位帮忙解读一下。 |
