OL投稿说是语言问题让修改

昨天投了一篇OL，今天编辑就说英文不过关，给拒了，大家帮看下是怎么回事，还有没有必要再投？这到底是我的内容不够，还是真的是语言问题？ comment如下： The quality of English in the above-mentioned manuscript is such that the manuscript cannot be reviewed in its present form. We suggest that you try to work with a native English-speaking colleague to revise the manuscript so that it will be understandable to our reviewers. If you submit a suitably revised manuscript, it will be treated as a new submission and subjected to our normal review process. Thank you for submitting your manuscript to the Optics Letters.
